20 DAYS RETURN POLICY

We have a simple Return policy of 20 days. For inquiries, you can contact us via email, and our customer support representative can resolve your request within 24 hours. After 20 days, returns are kept from being engaged or entertained.

Email us at [email protected] to initiate the return process. Your email will mention that you want a refund or an exchange. 

All returns must be made within 20 days. We need your order number, summary (including images if available), original packaging, logos, and all other details regarding your product usage.

If we obtain an outfit and it is violated our rules, we will not process the submission.

If the tag is missing from our parcel when it reaches our warehouse, we won’t refund it.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If you think you have a faulty item or it is different from the one you have ordered, please email us within 24 hours at [email protected]

To facilitate your refund, we require your order number, pictures of the product, and any other details regarding your product usage to help us understand the possible defect.

If a product is discovered faulty due to a manufacturing mistake or defective materials, we will replace it.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDERS

The proposal for cancellation of the order will be submitted within 24 hours, so if the cancellation is made within 24 hours, we must refund the whole payment in the account of the customer; however, in case the buyer ever wants to withdraw the order, so that the following provisions will apply.

To Cancel the order after 24 hours would result in an automatic 25 percent withdrawal from your paid sum.

Canceling the order before arrival or when it is in the shipment process will result in an automatic 25 percent withdrawal from your paid sum, along with shipment charges.
