We have a simple Return policy of 20 days. For inquiries, you can contact us via email, and our customer support representative can resolve your request within 24 hours. After 20 days, returns are kept from being engaged or entertained.

If the tag is missing from our parcel when it reaches our Australian warehouse, we wonβt refund it.
The shipping charges will apply if you want to return the product without an authentic reason.
The customized jackets will not be returned, as they are specifically made on request.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDERS
The proposal for cancellation of the order will be submitted within 24 hours, so if the cancellation is made within 24 hours, we must refund the whole balance in the account of the consumer; however, in case the buyer ever wants to withdraw the order, such that the following provisions apply.
Canceling the order after 24 hours would result in an automatic 25 percent withdrawal from your paid sum.
Canceling the order before arrival or when it is in the shipment process will result in an automatic 25 percent withdrawal from your paid sum, along with shipment charges.
