After how many days, your return or exchange can be accepted?

But the return or exchange is only applicable if the customer has approached within or on the 20th day after his product acceptance.
How can you initiate the refund or exchange?
After reaching out to our customer support and letting them know about the reason for your refund or exchange, they will provide you an address where you have to send the parcel so that we can receive the item and once after confirming its integrity and verifying all the tags; we will issue you your refund or exchange accordingly. Please note that a refund can be processed within 10 to 25 business days, depending on the bank and the credit card you have used to pay for the Order.
Please note that we do not accept any refund or exchange for the custom order, as they are made on request with customized size and design.
Defective or Faulty products
On the off chance that you received the faulty product, you can contact us. Our representative will ask you to send the order number, pictures, and other details to verify if the fault is a manufacturing issue. Once after its confirmation, we can issue your refund. However, you have 24 hours of time to request, and we will not entertain any request for the faulty product after this time.
How to cancel the Order?
Cancellation requests should be made within 24 hours of time if you are no longer interested in the product. After 24 hours, you may be charged with a 25% order fee for its cancellation.
