How I can buy the jacket from Rleatherjackets?

The procedure is very simple. Go on the product you want to buy and select the size, Gender, Color (If any), Fabric (if multiple) and click on the Add to Cart option. You can select the quantity option below the gender to order multiple jackets.

How do I place the order? If I am not sure about my size?

You can place your order by simply choosing the size from our Size Chart. Go to our Size Guide Tab in the same footer to know how to measure the size. Or simply, you can contact us by this contact @rleatherjackets.com  to have the guidance about your size.

Anything I can do If my Order is not delivered in the specified time?

You can track your Order from our Track your Order Page at the footer. What you need to do is to enter the Order Number and Email Address you have used to place the order at our Track your order option. And you will simply receive the status of your order.

How many Days do I have to wait to receive my jacket?

After placing the order you will receive the confirmation email and your order will be processed in 5-10 business days. After that, it will be shipped and you will receive the tracking code through which you can track your order. So, you can have your jacket in 15-20 business days at your doorstep.

For the Custom orders, it depends on the nature of the request. But we strive our best to process the custom orders as soon as possible. And we ship the custom order jacket 10-15 business days.

What if no size is fitting properly?

I am Concern how I can be satisfied if I will receive the exact style custom jacket if haven’t seen it in real?

We are devoted to getting you the ideal jacket the first time. To reduce the number of returns, we provide genuine photos of your bespoke order before sending it. However, if your custom order does not fit you properly, we will make the first adjustment free of charge. Customers would also be responsible for the cost of returning the jacket to us.
